These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ODO website at odohome.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from ODO ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase on the Site.

2. Products and pricing

We do our best to describe our products and their specifications accurately. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by such errors, and limit quantities per order.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the product. We may accept or decline it for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability. Payment is collected at the time of order through our secure checkout, which is operated by Shopify.

4. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping terms are set out on our Shipping page. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds page. Warranty coverage is described on our Warranty page. Those documents form part of these Terms.

5. Product use and safety

Use products only as described in the included instructions. ODO devices are rated IPX7 and are safe to rinse under running water, but the device body must not be submerged. Charge only with the supplied charger or a compliant USB-C charger. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification or failure to follow instructions.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, the ODO name and logo, product names and imagery are owned by or licensed to ODO and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not use them without our written permission.

7. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business. You agree that your content is honest, does not infringe anyone's rights and is not unlawful.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ODO is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
